Accessible to Org Admins only via the profile menu. The Audiences screen gives Org Admins a centralized view of all AI communities available to the organization, with controls to manage visibility and duplication.
To access: Log in at https://app.socialtrait.ai/ and Click your profile icon on top right → select Audiences.
Icons on each community row:
Info icon — View community description
Eye icon — Hide or unhide the community. Hidden communities are greyed out and not available in research setup
Duplicate icon — Duplicate the community to create a reusable copy under a new name
Parent and duplicate communities: When a community has been duplicated, it expands to show its duplicates indented beneath it.
Tip — Renaming a community without losing the original: Parent communities cannot be renamed directly. To use a community under a different name: duplicate the parent, give the duplicate your preferred name, then hide the parent using the eye icon. The duplicate becomes the active community while the original is preserved and can be restored at any time.
Governance & Limits
Only Org Admins can access the Audiences screen
Only parent communities can be duplicated — duplicates cannot be duplicated further (single-level only)
Each parent community supports up to 500 duplicates
Duplicate names must be unique within the organization
Community names must be between 7 and 100 characters
Parent communities cannot be deleted
Deleting a duplicate does not affect the parent community
