Creating a Community (Target Audience) with Socialtrait

To build your research community, Socialtrait offers multiple pathways depending on your needs:

  • Pre-defined Audience:
    ​     Select from existing communities within your organization (shown under All Audience tab), including those created in past studies.
    ​

  • New Audience (Express Community) Coming Soon:
    ​     Quickly define an audience by choosing:
    ​

    1. Country
      ​

    2. Generation
      ​

    3. Gender (optional)
      ​

    4. Up to three interests or detailed demographics
      Once saved, your Express Community will be ready to use immediately and stored for future research.

  • Custom Audience (via Managed Service):
    ​     For more complex or niche requirements, you can contact the Socialtrait team by clicking on + Custom Audience button, i.e via Chat Widget available on the platform or by emailing at [email protected]

Here’s how it works:

  1. Share your audience brief with Socialtrait—covering demographics, psychographics, behaviors, and any unique specifications.
    ​

  2. The team consults with you to refine and validate the criteria.
    ​

  3. A custom AI-powered community is built using 50+ attributes plus your inputs.
    ​

  4. The community is saved to your dashboard for reuse across future studies.
    ​

This ensures that whether you need speed or precision, Socialtrait makes it simple to start with the right audience.
