Interpreting the Workflow Report

Written by Harshad

Every Workflow report includes:

  • Score / result summary — framed differently for each Workflow; see the dedicated Pick a Winner and Strategic Concept Validation articles

  • Summary infographic — a visual overview of the insights, key findings, and recommendation

  • Objective & target group — your research objective, use case, evaluation criteria, and audience, for reference

  • Assets tested — every asset included in the study

  • Weighted scorecard — each criterion's score is shown on its own 0–100 scale; these are not additive — they only combine into your total using each criterion's assigned weight

  • Key findings — for each criterion, the drivers and barriers behind the score, with supporting respondent quotes

  • Recommendation — a concrete next step, with the reasoning tied back to specific findings

  • Methodology — the method used, how scoring is calculated, and the final weights applied

  • Appendix — full score detail, including the raw 0–10 rating from Survey and the calculated 0–100 score for each criterion

From any report, you can download it as a PDF, share it, or view all the assets used in the study.

Note: Repeated runs of the same study may vary by up to 10% due to inherent variability in the simulation. Treat scores as directional rather than absolute.
