Introduction to Workflow Feature

Written by Harshad

Workflow-Driven User Journey is a guided research feature that removes the need to write a formal research brief or choose a methodology on your own. Instead of starting from an objective or a tool, you start from your business use case — selecting from a pre-built list of common scenarios (like Pick a Winner for multiple variants of a Weekly Ad), each with tools, objectives, and questions already configured in the backend.

You simply select a use case, choose a relevant scenario for context, upload your assets, and review the system-recommended evaluation criteria before submitting. The platform then runs the study end-to-end and returns a comprehensive report with insights and next steps — so you can run a high-quality study just by describing what you're trying to test, no research background required.

There are currently two Workflows available:

Workflow

What it's for

Assets

Pick a Winner (A/B & Multi-asset Testing)

Identify the strongest creative among two or more options, and understand why it wins

2 or more

Strategic Concept Validation

Validate a single concept, message, or asset — testing whether it connects with your audience before time and budget are committed

Exactly 1, always

See the dedicated article for each Workflow to learn how your assets are actually processed once submitted — they work differently under the hood.

Both Workflows follow the same four-step setup:

Select Scenario → Submit Assets & Select Target Audience → View/Edit Criteria & Plan → Review & Submit
