When setting up your study (FGD / Creative Ranking / Attention Heatmap), follow these steps:
Log in with your registered email and password.
From the Dashboard, click New Research.
Choose a tool:
Focus Group Discussion (Auto)
Focus Group Discussion (Self-Moderated)
Creative Ranking
Attention Heatmap
4. In setup, click Select Target Audience.
5. Choose one of three options: Pre-defined (All Audience Tab), New Audience, or Custom Audience. Read Here
Follow the steps for your chosen option:
New Audience (Coming soon): Define key criteria, select interests/demographics, and click Create and Save.
Custom Audience (via Managed Services): Provide additional details to the Socialtrait team for a fully tailored audience, via Chat Widget (by clicking on +Custom Audience button)
