Dashboard Overview

The Dashboard is your main workspace. It shows all research projects across your organization and gives you quick access to reports, filters, and project actions.

  • All — shows every project with total count

  • In Progress — studies currently running

  • Draft — setups started but not yet kicked off

  • Completed — finished studies with reports ready

Each project row displays:

  • Research Type — shown as a color-coded icon (e.g., CR for Creative Ranking, FGD for Focus Group Discussion, HM for Heatmap) with the study name

  • Assets — thumbnail previews of files attached to the project

  • Status — Completed, In Progress, or Draft. Read more about statuses

  • Tags — keywords added during setup. Read more about tags

  • Created On — when the project was started

  • Created By — the team member who created the project

Use the Filter button (top right of the project list) to sort and narrow your view. Read more about filtering

Use the three-dot menu (⋯) on any project row to access actions for that study — Preview, Duplicate as Draft, Delete, and Workflow ID.

Note: Select Workflow ID to copy the unique identifier for that study. Share this with Socialtrait support when reporting an issue with a specific study.

Platform header: The AI Communities button in the top-right header takes you to the AI Communities Dashboard. The Get Help button opens the Socialtrait Knowledge Base at help.socialtrait.ai. Your profile icon opens your account settings.
