The asset types and formats supported remain the same as for the underlying tool which is being leveraged for the workflow study execution.
For Survey, the Asset limits and Formats supported are as follows:
You can upload up to 5 assets per Survey.
If your study uses images only:

NOTE: If you upload more than 5 assets to a workflow, the combined-size check runs on the 5 largest files by size in your upload — not all of them. If that top-5 total exceeds 24MB (images-only) or 300MB (video included), you'll need to remove or replace assets before you can continue. This is a hard block — you can't proceed to the next step until the total is under the cap.
