Duplicate as Draft: Reuse and Rerun Studies

Written by Harshad
Updated over a week ago

Duplicate as Draft lets you clone an existing study into a new draft carrying over the objective, community, and assets, so you can reuse or adapt it without starting from scratch.

To duplicate: Click the three-dot menu (⋯) on any study row → select Duplicate as Draft. The cloned study opens as a draft, ready for editing before kickoff.

When to use it:

  • Retesting — run the same study again after making changes to your creative or messaging, without rebuilding the setup from scratch.

  • Testing with a different community — reuse the same objective and assets but swap the target audience to compare how different segments respond.

  • Iterating on a study — make small adjustments to the objective or assets and rerun without losing the original.

  • Recovering from an accidental kickoff — if a study was launched with the wrong settings, duplicate it, correct the draft, and kick off the new version.

The original study remains untouched. The duplicate is an independent draft that you can edit freely before launching.
