How Insights Update
After you send a message, agents reply simultaneously (not all reply each time).
Once replies are posted, Insights refresh automatically.
Insights include participant quotes, deep reasoning, and recommendations
You can download and share Self-Managed FGD Insights as PDF:
Go to the Insights tab of your Self-Managed FGD.
Click Download to export a PDF.
These reports are easy to share with teammates or stakeholders.
