Assets (images or videos) can be added to your Self-Managed FGD so agents can react to them. Only JPG, JPEG, PNG, and MP4 formats are supported.

Where You Can Upload Assets to the Library

You can upload files to the Asset Library from three places:

  1. Community card menu → Click ⋮ (3 dots) → Manage assets library.

2. New Self-Managed FGD creation modal → Upload directly in the Assets library panel in the Set the context step.

3. Self-Managed FGD interface right sidebar → In Immediate Reaction, click Add file.

Note: Sidebar Add file is available only before you send your first message in the Self-Managed FGD.

How to Add Assets to Your Self-Managed FGD

You can include assets in your Self-Managed FGD in two ways only:

During Self-Managed FGD creation (Setup modal)

  • In the Set the context step, drag and drop assets from the Asset Library → Immediate Reaction bucket.

In the Self-Managed FGD interface sidebar (before the first message), use Immediate Reaction → Add file, then drag assets into the Immediate Reaction bucket.

Once your first message is sent, asset management is locked for that session.

Removing Assets: To remove an asset from your Self-Managed FGD, drag it back from the Immediate Reaction bucket → Asset Library.

Memory Recall Bucket: The Memory Recall bucket is deprecated and should not be used. All assets should go into the Immediate Reaction bucket.
