On the dashboard, check your remaining credits at the top right corner.
Click on it to open the credits window.
3. Navigate to Usage → Select Buy Add-ons.
4. Add Credits: Enter the number of credits you wish to purchase.
5. Request Purchase Order: Click Submit Request.
Once your Purchase Order Request is submitted, the Socialtrait team will review it and get back to your Organisation/Department Admin shortly. You will get an email from the Socialtrait Support Team on the progress of your request or you can always check the “Tickets”/ “Messages” tabs in your Chat window to track your request and converse further with our team.
Path 2
If you don’t have enough credits while submitting a study, the system will stop you.
A message will appear asking you to Request for Credits.
You can raise the request directly from this screen, and the Socialtrait team will take it further from there via Chat Widget as explained above in Section Path 1.
