What Does One Credit Count As

Written by Harshad

A Credit represents the value of one unit of research or analysis on the platform. The number of credits required depends on the tool and the complexity of the task.

The full pricing breakdown is available inside the platform under Profile → Consumption Limiter → Pricing Information.

Creative Ranking

Pricing is tiered by how many assets are in the set. Text and image assets are priced the same. Video is only available up to 10 assets per study, and if any video in the set is 90 seconds or longer, the entire set is priced at the long-video (≤180s) rate for its band — not just that one video, and not a sum of separate short/long subtotals.

(Video shows N/A above 12 assets — CR's video upload cap is 10 videos per study.)

Worked example: 2 short (<90s) + 2 long (90–180s) videos in one 4-asset set → the whole set prices at the 2–4 band's long-video rate: 12 credits (same as if all 4 were long), not a 6+6 split.

Survey (New — It now powers every Workflow study and is billed separately from Creative Ranking / Auto-FGD. This is not available as a separate tool)

When a Survey includes more than one asset, or mixes asset types, the highest-priced asset type present (ranked Video ≤180s > Video ≤90s > Image > Text) sets the base rate for the study, charged once. Every other asset in the set — regardless of its own type — is then charged at that asset's own additional-asset rate on top.

Worked example: 1 video (<90s) + 1 image → 15 (base, video is the higher-priced type present) + 3 (image's own additional-asset rate) = 18 credits total.
