Asset Types & Formats Supported in Auto FGD

This article outlines the different asset types and file formats that are compatible with Auto FGD.

Following section provides a quick reference for users to understand which media or data formats they can upload, manage, and process within the platform, to conduct an Auto FGD.

  • Supported image formats: PNG, JPG, JPEG

    • Maximum file size: 3.75 MB each

  • Supported video format: MP4

    • Up to 2 videos per FGD

    • Maximum file size: 100 MB each

    • Maximum duration: 90 seconds

  • Supported text format: TXT

    • Input methods: copy–paste into the text input field or .TXT file upload

    • Maximum text assets: 5 text assets per FGD

    • Maximum total text length: 10,000 words across all text assets

  • Overall asset limits:

    • Maximum of 5 assets per FGD (images, videos, and text combined)

    • Example combinations:

      • 2 videos + 3 images

      • 1 video + 2 images + 2 text assets

      • 5 text assets

    • Fewer assets are allowed, but cannot exceed these limits.

Design tip: Keep visuals clear with minimal text overlays for better comprehension.
