Inviting Your Team

Only the Org Admin can invite new team members.

Steps:

  1. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard.

  2. Select Members from the left menu.

  3. Enter the team member's email address in the Enter email address field.

  4. Click the + button to send the invitation.

Note: The maximum number of members allowed depends on your organization's plan. If you need to increase your member limit, contact Socialtrait support via the Chat Widget or by emailing [email protected].

Once the invitation is accepted, the new member can start working immediately.

Removing a team member: In the Members list, click the delete icon next to the member's name. Only Org Admins can remove members.

Didn't receive the invite email? Check your spam or promotions folder. If it's not there, ask your Org Admin to resend the invitation.
