Creating an Account & Logging In

The following steps guide the account creation and login process

Access to the Socialtrait platform is provided once the Enterprise organization team approves the request.

Admin Access (Organisation Admin):

  • The Socialtrait admin (Super Admin) will send an invite link by email.

Team Member Access:

  • The Organisation Admin will send an invite link by email.

Account Setup & Login:

  1. Open the email and click the invite link.
    ​

  2. Set a password for the account.
    ​

  3. Go to https://app.socialtrait.ai/
    ​

  4. Enter the registered email and password.
    ​

  5. Click Sign In to access the account.
